International Academy of Design & Technology was founded in 1977 in the city of Chicago. Over the following years the school expanded in size, creating eight campuses in as many states. Today the school is owned by the Career Education Corporation, Inc., a company which owns a number of schools that provide specialized career programs through their multiple school systems. IADT maintains its tradition of reaching out to students with talent and providing them the opportunity to develop and grow that talent into a successful career.
IADT offers students the opportunity to study one of many programs available at the school. Students are provided a career oriented education that ensures the student will be ready for employment upon completion. A qualified and experienced faculty is in place to provide practical education and assist in proper development of skills and abilities required by employers. When the program of study is completed students will receive an associate or bachelor’s degree.
