- The institution will provide quality education to students of Cosmetology, Barbering, Teacher Training and Manicuring as a means of preparing Arkansas' young men and women for a successful career in Cosmetology/Barber/Hair Stylist/Teacher Training/Manicuring and related fields of the industry. We will provide adequate job skills for entry-level positions. We will challenge your learning capabilities and imagination as we teach the skills necessary to prepare you to pass the State Board Examination and become gainfully employed in the profession of your choice.
