- At Cynthia's Beauty Academy, our institional objective is to provide training to our students, which will prepare them for the State board of Cosmetology Examination for their course of study. This examination determines an individual's basic knowledge and skills for entry-level positions in the State Board Examination and if desired, pursue a vocation, at an enry-level position, for employment in their individual field of training. These objectives are monitored and attained by the schools continuous attention to and evaluation of the schools curriculum and practival training skills, as mandated by the State Board of Cosmetology.
