Flag Review - Rating:
- PRCC itself is a fine school, but the administration is terrible. You can call any office, business, admissions, whatever, continuously for days and not get an answer. They rarely call back if you leave messages, and will completely ignore your continued calls. It is impossible to get in touch with any administrator unless you are physically in front of them. It's very frustrating trying to get anything done with that school.
