About

Kettering College, located in Dayton, Ohio, was established as a cooperative effort between The Seventh Day Adventist Church and the Kettering Medical Center in 1967. Through a state charter in 1968, Kettering College began educating individuals in the allied health professions. Once the school was able to demonstrate that it could effectively and qualitatively teach individuals facilities separate from the Kettering Medical Center were built to house Kettering College.  

 

Academics

Kettering College of Medical Arts offers a few programs in the allied health field. These programs will either result in a certificate, associate degree, bachelor's degree or master's degree. The school provides a quality education and offers both practical and classroom education, ensuring that students have both the experience and knowledge to successfully enter their chose field.

Admissions and Financial Aid

Students interested in applying to Kettering College must have a cumulative High School GPA of 2.3, or a score of 46/460 or above on the GED. Additionally, high school graduates or individuals who have taken the GED in the last five years must submit an ACT score of 19 or higher, or a combined SAT score of 1350 (910 before 2005). Transfer students must have a cumulative GPA of 2.3. Kettering College offers a large number of financial aid opportunities to eligible students. Eligibility is determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
