- The Bucks County School of Beauty Culture inc. (BCSBC) seeks to provide training in highly specialized fields. The school offers a comprehensive program, educating its students to work as Hairdressers, Estheticians (skin specialists), Nail Technicians, and Electrologists. The long-range mission of the institution is to provide a basis for life-long learning on the part of its graduates. Graduates must be able to assess their own needs in terms of technological equipment and training to meet the needs of a ever changing world.
