- The philosophy of Southwest Institute of Technology is to provide each student a unique, personalized learning environment that encourages successful performance and program completion.
The school strives at all times to:
1. Provide hands-on training necessary to prepare students for entry-level positions;
2. Encourage a sense of commitment, responsibility, and self-motivation so that each student entering the work place will have the personal strengths to accompany his or her technical and problem solving skills;
3. Maintain an atmosphere of professionalism, thereby setting a standard and creating an environment for students to emulate;
4. Ensure that each student has an opportunity to perform and participate under the direct supervision of the instructor.
