- WAYNESVILLE TECHNICAL ACADEMY PROVIDES A QUALITY TECHNICAL EDUCATION TO A STUDENT POPULATION THAT IS A REFLECTION OF SMALL-TOWN USA COMBINED WITH THE WORLD VIEW OF A MILITARY BASE PRESENCE. OUR STAFF PROVIDES A STUDENT-FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT WHICH USES STATE-OF-THE-ART EQUIPMENT, ADVANCED TEACHING STRATEGIES BASED ON REALISTIC PRACTICAL WORK EXPERIENCES, PERSONALIZED INDIVIDUAL ATENTION TO STUDENTS' DIVERSE NEEDS IN ORDER TO PREPARE THEM TO ENTER DIRECTLY INTO THE WORKFORCE AS A QUALITY EMPLOYEE OR TO TRANSITION INTO ADVANCED TRAINING PROGRAMS OR HIGHER EDUCATION LEVELS WITH THE SKILLS AND PERSONAL CONFINDENCE TO BECOME VALUABLE, PRODUCTIVE CITIZENS IN AN EVER-CHANGING WORLD.
