- I read the previous review and called anyway. I got through the first time and the person in the office was very helpful. I have an appointment for next week and I expect to start school soon.

- I called the school numerous times to get information ... I was told that someone would call me back but they never did, I called another time before school hours and was told that I needed to come in with $100 I said that the appointment that was set up was fine as long as someone called me back first and answered a few questions, I don't want to travel all that way which is quite a distance just to find out later that I don't qualify. I have been calling this school for a week still to this date no calls have been returned and they barely answer the phones you are always met with voicemail. What if my family was trying to reach me at school due to an emergency - they would not be able to get a message to me.. It also makes me wonder what the school is like.. I know someone who attends there but they gave mixed reviews as most people do at all the schools, I have no idea to the cost of the course or anything. I give Inner State Beauty School located on Mayfield Rd and F for poor customer service. It's hard to believe they run a business in this manner. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and not rate but they leave me with no choice.
