About
Coast Career Institute, located in Los Angeles, California, was originally established as the Coast Sewing Machine Company in 1968. Over time, the parts replacement and repair facility began introducing training programs and in 1991 changed the name of the business to better represent its new focus. Coast Career Institute has grown steadily over time and has regularly introduces new programs.
Academics
Coast offers career and vocational training through a variety of programs. Considered a premier career college, the school prides itself on the education, training and placement of individuals. Coast has been steadily adding new programs into its offerings, with 2010 introducing the diagnostic medical sonography, medical assisting and solar panel installation programs.
