About

Heald College was founded in San Francisco California in 1863 by Edward Payson Heald. The school has expanded since then, opening campuses in Oregon, Hawaii as well as throughout California. The school has survived through two major earthquakes and two world wars, but its goal to provide business education has never wavered, though it has evolved to include a variety of programs in different fields.

Academics

Heald College offers a variety of programs and specializations for students to choose from. The programs are in the growing areas of law, business, technology and health care. The courses are designed to prepare individuals for a career in their field of study. Not all programs are available at all schools and interested student should check the website to see which locations their desired program is available.

Available programs include:

Admissions and Financial Aid

Students interested in enrolling at Heald College must complete the application and meet with an admissions advisor for an interview. Students without high school diplomas or GEDs will not be considered. Students are also required to take a placement exam for their program of study. Student interested in financial aid can determine their personal costs (before loans) through the use of the school website's education cost calculator. Once determined students should meet with a financial aid advisor and explore his or her options.
