- The basic objective of Shear Ego International School of Hair Design is to offer men and women interested in a career in Cosmetology and Hair Dressing, Esthetics, Nail Technology or Barbering, the opportunity for an education with a curriculum directed towards the highest standards of excellence. This education will help them pass the State Board Exam and provide the entry level skills to become competitive in the industry.
