- The mission of Southeast Missouri Hospital College of Nursing and Health Sciences is responding to the health care educational needs of the region by preparing qualified health care professionals.
The Southeast Missouri Hospital College of Nursing and Health Sciences is a private not-for-profit institution of higher learning that specializes in the preparation of individuals for health care careers. The primary mission of the college is to respond to the needs of the community and region through the development of programs designed to prepare qualified health care professionals in continuing and high demand fields. The College is committed to providing an environment supportive of student learning and instilling a belief that learning is a life long process. Upon completion of their education, students will demonstrate the ability to think critically, communicate effectively, accept human diversity, and deliver health care safely.
