- St. Louis Hair Academy endeavors to train its students in all phases of cosmetology and manicuring, preparing them to master and pass the test administered by the State Board of Cosmetology. We strive to teach our students the latest hair style techniques, and nail designs. Our goal is to produce graduates equipped to practice and pursue careers in cosmetology, manicuring, or any other related field.
