- I feel so sorry for the people who went to this school with there hopes so high. Every review is a disappointment, even on other sights. May god see you through to a better education other than Sanford Brown. I have lived here all my life and I recognize a scam soon as I walk in the door. I know they will fail you in classes to make money off of you. shame on them.

- I am in my late 30's. I've attended colleges before, & completed the programs with honors. I made a mistake of enrolling here shortly after relocating to ATL just to be in school. I also had a daughter attend with me as well, in a different program for support. We attended weekend classes. We were both super excited! After two weeks passed, we knew clearly our decision was a mistake. I went to my program director & was told it was too late to drop out. Our teachers & students were ghetto & some unprofessional. Any question asked, if it wasn't about money, no one knew the answers. The teachers would miss class & gossip in front of students about one another. The best teacher I met there was Mrs. Brown. She was an inspiration. I tried my best to ignore the negative atmosphere to complete my goal, but I lost. I stayed & completed finals for my 1st mode successfully. My daughter had all A's & was bullied by another student & refused to go back fearing for her safety. That was heavy on my heart! I hate to quit anything I start but in spite of the debt we incurred, I dropped out & never went back. ~ NO REGRETS

- A complete waste of time. First of all, if you live in the Atlanta area, you should know that Medical Billing and Coding as a profession is NOT recommended by the Workforce Investment Program as a viable entry level career. There are not enough entry level positions (in fact, there are none) to make it worth your while as a program. However, this is of no concern to Sanford Brown College or its recruiters, who will descend on you like a pack of rabid wolves, trying to persuade you to enter the MBC program instead of the Cardiovascular Tech or Diagnostic Ultrasound programs when you show up to tour the school. Don't forget - they are SALES PEOPLE and they have to fill the seats in the LEAST popular classes first. Now let me say this, to be fair: there is a male teacher in the program who teaches CPT and ICD-9 coding who will make you feel like the program is ALMOST worth your money. There is also a pretty good Anatomy and Physiology teacher there. The other CPT coding teacher was less than desirable (though she was good at teaching other courses) and our fourth teacher was a mess. By the way, don't bother to complain about anything to the program director - you will get absolutely no results and no help. Your concerns will be swept under the carpet like yesterday's sandwich crumbs. As far as the career services dept. is concerned, I had the least amount of satisfaction with them. They did absolutely nothing to help me, despite the fact that I repeatedly asked for their assistance in finding a position. After sending out hundreds of resumes, I am still jobless 6 months after completing the program. I am about to enter school AGAIN for training in a new major, even though I'm already thousands of dollars in debt over my regrettable decision to attend Sanford Brown.

- I like the school and what they say they can offer but its making me wonder about the school is how much financial aid offering to pay because i am a full time unemployed mother that doesn't have 13,000 or 34,000 dollars to give at this time so before i start giving away my money to enroll in this school that should maybe put something on here assuring that schooling cost will be covered.
