- I graduated from this school in 2008 with a Dental Assisting Degree. I loved my experience and education I received from this school. My instructors were great. I really enjoyed that the program offered an externship where you work with real patients, there is no better way to learn than actually working with real patients. I feel that I was completely prepared for my RDA exam from the education I was given at this school. They even offer career services which helped me get a position at a dentists office. I am really happy to be at the office I am at, the people are great and the Dr. is so great to work for. I highly suggest this school for anyone looking in to getting a Dental Assisting Degree or any other health career degree.

- I graduated from this school in 2001 (massage therapy). Shortly after passing my NCBTMB exam (the first time) and becoming licensed; I began my career working for a local physician. I tried the "spa" scene and then decided to start my own practice. At first I rented a room @ a salon and then decided to provide in-home services. I have been doing so ever since and have built a nice clientele. When I do my CEU's, I get through them much faster than the materials say. This only tells me that I was very well educated. I love continuing education as it only adds to the wonderful education I received @ Northwest! I am sorry to hear that you had a less than positive experience. I recommended this school to friends - two of which graduated and could not stop calling to THANK ME for sending them to such a great school!! Along with my own burning desire to learn, they provided me the highest level of education in my field that I could ask for. Also, at a reasonable price. It was not only the greatest educational experience I've ever had but also, the instructors were top notch and we did have fun learning together! I cannot thank Northwest enough for giving me what I needed to pursue a career that I truly love!

- DO NOT bother with this school. They are very, very unprofessional and only care about collecting money, not your education or career. Poor record keeping. I suggest making copies of everything you sign and give to them. Not enough experienced instructors. They can't control a class room. They promise externship in health care facilities but can't deliver. You may just end up working in their front office instead. You're expected to give shots to fellow classmates. Would you want someone who was just seen "getting high" giving you a shot? The school's excuse is they didn't physically see it, even if 50 other students did. Cell phones, food, iPods in classrooms AND labs. Just plain unprofessional. You've been warned. Stay away from this place.
