- Provide students with a quality cosmetology education in order to prepare them for successful careers in the cosmetology arts and sciences, and related fields of employment. Measure effectiveness through student achievement and performance, Maintain adequate faculty qualified by preparation, education, or experience to carry out the objectives of our school. Administer fair and equitable admission standards and policies. Provide student support services including guidance and counseling referrals, as well as employment assistant. Maintain sound financial condition and effective resource management. Provide the equipment, instructional and laborator space and other facilities that will meet the needs of our students. Provide effective instruction that uses a variety of instructional methods.

- My husband had taken me to the Culpeper Cosmetology Center to get my hair cut and frosted, this was merly for the reason he works with Terrie Dickersons daughter. I was very impressed the first time I had gone there, my hair was cut and frosted by a student of yours and she did a great job. The second time I went my hair was cut and frosted by terrie dickerson who is one of your schools director, she had did one of the best jobs I have ever had done to my hair. I Hope not only to go back again soon to get my hair done, but I was so impressed that I am even considering on doing some research so that I myself can possibly start taking classes myself. If there is any way can you please let terrie know how much I appreciated her job well done. Thanks so much to your school and those people such as; terrie dickerson that make your school very remarkable.
