- The philosophy of Total International Career Institute (TICI) is centered around the education of the student. The objective is to provide practical training and a technical education in the Computer Business System Specialist Field. Total International Career Institute (TICI) is a private organization dedicated to the principle of higher education that is affordable and directed to the needs of the individual, the community and the nation's industries. Total International Career Institute's (TICI) educational aim is to train, to guide, and to help motivate the students effectively to make their way into a challenging and rewarding careers. In addition to helping them acquire the necessary technical knowledge and skills, the school also places emphasis on the student's personal development.
