Mission Statement

At THE ACADEMY OF ARTS BARBERING ARTS, our primary objective is to offer training that prepares students to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to pass the Bureau of Barbering/Cosmetology Licensing Exams. Our mission is to train and produce graduates sufficiently knowledgeable to seek and find employment in the Barber & Cosmetology industry. The successful student should be able to function effectively in one of the many specialty areas such as: Barber, Hair Stylist, Hair Colorist, Manicurist, Make-up Artist or as a Beauty Salon Operator. Normal progression should move him/her to positions such as Barber/Beauty Salon Manager, Barber/Beauty Salon Owner, Barber/Cosmetology Teacher, Supervisor Director, or School Owner.
