Northcentral University is an online university established in 1996 based in San Diego, California.  As an online university, Northcentral University does not require any physical residency requirements unlike most colleges.  This can lend itself nicely for a variety of prospective college applicants especially busy students, working professionals, military personnel, and international students.

NCU offers a unique, one-to-one learning model as the classroom size for online students is effectively just one.  Northcentral University is accredited by WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC).  Specific programs attaining accreditation from additional bodies including The Accreditation Council for Business Schools & Programs (ACBSP) and The Commission of Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education (COAMFTE).  An important fact to remember when considering NCU is the fact the school maintains 100% doctoral faculty.

Northcentral University offers a number of undergraduate and graduate degrees and programs that include the following tracks: business administration, organizational leadership, philosophy, education, psychology, and marriage & family therapy.

The NCU admissions department is available to help students remotely with any questions about the process.  In fact, they have created an admission path for students in the following degree tracks: doctoral, master's, post master's, bachelor's, post-baccalaureate, and non-degree.  This level of organization helps students from all background quickly assess the admissions process and apply for the correct program a single time.
