Community College of Vermont (CCV)

The Community College of Vermont, located in Montpelier, Vermont, was founded in 1970 and operates 12 locations throughout the state and is one of five institutions that comprise the Vermont State Colleges. CCV is also the second largest provider of higher education in the state, with an annual enrollment of approximately 10,000 students a year. Academics

The Community Colleges of Vermont offers a variety of programs that provide academic transfer or career development opportunities. Admissions and Financial Aid

The Community College of Vermont is an open enrollment institution that allows any individuals that chooses to pursue higher education to enroll by providing a completed application and paying all accrued fees. Students should also supply all transcripts and standardized test scores if available which may be used in lieu of the required placement exam. Students are encouraged to participate in new student orientation and to meet with a counselor to discuss goals and program enrollment.
