EGCC has an open door admission policy and students with high school diploma, GED certificate or equivalent can qualify for admission. Applicants are required to take an exam and undergo an interview to determine the right program for them.

Students of EGCC can choose from a number of associate degree and certificate programs in different areas of study designed to help students achieve their academic and career goals. Those with good academic standing are allowed to earn a dual degree.
