About
Keiser University, located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, was founded in 1977 as a career college known as the Keiser School. In 1982 the school added some programs resulting in a name change, becoming the Keiser Institute of Technology. Four years later the school became authorized to offer associate degrees, once again requiring a name change, this time to Kaiser College. By 2001 the school had developed and began offering bachelor degree programs, and in 2006 changed its name to Keiser University. The school currently offers a full range of degrees through programs available through its main or satellite campuses, or through its well known and largely used online distance learning program.
Academics
