Mt. Diablo Adult Education, located in Concord, California, is an adult education division of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District that is geared toward helping adults obtain their GED and inspiring them to continue their education in a career certificate program of their choice.

Mt. Diablo Adult Education strives to help adults finish up their high school education. Adult students have the option to attend classes and receive a high school diploma, or to attend a prep course and take the GED exam.

Also offered at Mt. Diablo Adult Education is the opportunity for adults to earn a career certificate in the field of their choice. Offered programs of study include: accountant clerk, administrative assistant, CAN, computer applications training, customer service, EMT, food safety, typing, surgical technology, dental assistant, medical assistant, and more.

Mt. Diablo Adult Education also offers English as a second language classes for foreign students who may need extra help understanding their coursework or peers. The school also offers services to veterans who are looking to reenter the workforce after a stent in the military. Other services offered by Mt.
