Ridge Career Center offers outstanding educational courses for adults. The center is located in Winter Haven, FL. At Ridge Career Center, you will be up to date on the latest technologies and job market skills. The center offers affordable continuing education courses. Classes are small and offer hands on education. The school will provide the tools one need to be successful in any job market. Students can progress at their own pace, which is an outstanding option.

Tuition is affordable and is set by the Florida Legislature. The cost of attending the workforce Education Certificate Program is $2.88 per hour and $5.76 per hour for the Continuing Workforce Education program. Non-resident tuition is $11.52 for the Workforce Education Certificate Program and the Continuing Workforce Education course.

Day time courses are offered from 8Am to 2PM and evening from 5:30 p.m. - 9 p.m. Ridge Career Center offers GED preparation and Applied Academics for Adult Education (AAAE). Career training courses are offered in drafting, electricity, Digital Design, Accounting Operations, Administrative Office Specialist, Electrocardiograph Aid, Emergency Medical Responder, Home Health Aide, Medical Record Transcribing, and Nursing Assistant.

Ridge Career Center is accredited by the Commission of the Council on Occupational Education. It also offers high-tech online classes that allow working individuals to complete their course of study from home or the office.

The career programs at Ridge Career Center are approved for veterans. The center is a veteran friendly institute and works with veterans transitioning from the military to the classroom.
