Career College of Northern Nevada

1421 Pullman Dr., Sparks, NV

The career training programs at the Career College of North Nevada (CCNN) were designed with the prospective employer in mind, and our campus is a great educational facility in Northern Nevada.  Both the school's classrooms and labs are equipped with equipment, tools, and furnishings found at most major employers.  The idea of replicating equipment in this fashion is to provide real-world learning opportunities to students to best prepare them for the workforce after graduation.

Each area of study has a local advisory committee comprised of employers from area businesses.  These advisory committees help us offer up-to-date career training programs that satisfy the needs of local employers and find our graduates their ideal jobs.

CCNN provides career training that makes you stand out to employers. CCNN offers many programs which include Microsoft Office training. Graduates of these programs are prepared to take the Microsoft Office Specialist Certification examinations right here on campus since we are an approved testing facility. We also offer short diploma a program in Medical Assisting.

Associate of Occupational Studies Degree Programs are offered in: Medical Assistant, HVAC/R Service Tech, Health Information Management, Welding & Fabrication, Information Technology Specialist, Facility Maintenance Technology, Electronic Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technician, and Industrial Electronic Technology.

The Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC) is listed by the U.S. Department of Education as a nationally recognized accrediting agency. The Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges is a member of the Council on Postsecondary Accreditation. CCNN is eligible to participate in the federal student financial aid programs authorized under Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended, and as administered by the U.S. Department of Education.
