Globe University was founded in 1885 as a business school, and has since that time grown into a career college with twenty-two locations in Minnesota, Wisconsin and South Dakota. The school’s founder, Frank A. Maron, realized the need for a practical education alternative which has become the definition of Globe’s teaching model. In addition, the school offers modernized it facilities, up to date programs, and online degree programs for those requiring flexible schedules for study.
The Minnesota School of Business was once an independent school established in 1877 by Alexander R. Archibald, a former Dartmouth College professor. The school has changed ownership multiple times in its history, eventually being purchased by Globe Education Network. The resulting merger has brought the school in line with Globe University, with the two systems working cooperatively to provide career education for interested students.
