Strayer University was founded in 1892 by Dr. S. Irving Strayer in Baltimore, Maryland as Strayer Business College. The original goal was to teach farm workers how to manage a business, but has over the years expanded its role, become a full fledged career education institution.  Over the years the expansion of the school and the ability to grant higher level degrees has shifted its focus from a junior college to a fully fledged university. Currently the school operates over 100 locations in twenty four states.

Students who complete a program of study at Strayer University will be eligible for a certificate, associate’s degree, bachelors or masters based on the program of study pursued. The faculty is comprised of experienced teachers and industry professionals who assist students in developing the understanding and ability to apply information and techniques in real world situations. In addition, Strayer University offers a career center to assist individuals in preparing for and finding employment after graduation through a variety of means.

Morrisville Location

The Morrisville branch of Strayer University is located at 4 Copley Pkwy. Approximately 140 students graduate from this location per year. This campus provides services for students in the form of flexible courses for those with irregular schedules, post-graduation job placement options, and remedial education classes for licensure preparation or admissions requirements.
