American Business and Technology University was founded in 2001 as the American College of Technology and currently located in Saint Joseph, Missouri. ABTU is an online only accredited university that is one of the most affordable and accessible schools in the nation.

The school leverages technology to offer 100% online, live lectures and allow students to interact with ABTU faculty and peers in real time.  The university also records each lecture giving students 24/7 access to the lessons putting each student in control of their schedule.

American College of Technology is accredited by the Distance Education and Training Council (DETC) and offers a wide variety of graduate and undergraduate programs including: computer programming & systems design, network administration & information security, business administration, information technology, health information technology, business management, information systems engineering, MBA, and MBA project and operations concentration.
