Situated in Twin Falls, Idaho, the College of Southern Idaho (CSI) is a great higher institution of learning for those who would like to start off their college career in a two year program that offers a ton of different options for majors and career advancement. Twin Falls is one of the state of Idaho’s biggest cities, and had a 44,125 population in the last U.S census. The city has a busy economy and growing development despite many of the problems that surrounding areas have had with the economic downturn. The population has swelled in recent years, leading to much of the new growth that the city is seeing today.

The college offers over 100 different associates of applied science degrees as well as technical certificates, and specializes in sending students straight into jobs in the work force with different companies in the region. For students who would like to transfer to a four year institution after their stay, the college offers a program that allows for direct transfer to major public universities in the state such as Boise State University, Idaho State University, and the University of Idaho.
