Many, many years ago, I was fortunate enough to find an economics prof that was able to teach me that I had a gift in that field. I went on to graduate from MPC and UC. Eventually, I spent the remainder of my career working for the USG while using the skills that Carolyn Ahern had the talent to encourage, tutelage and support. I find that MPC employs wonderful people that endeavor to bring out the best in folks and applaud them for their efforts. I recently noted that Carolyn Ahern is now deceased but, I wanted to express my views on what MPC and Carolyn did for me. May you always employ people with her capacity to laugh and give students a goal to achieve.
