New Mexico Junior College (NMJC) is located in Hobbs, New Mexico. NMJC offers a flexible schedule with daytime and evening classes as well as short-term and full-semester courses. Their mission is “To provide positive life-long learning opportunities in our credit and non-credit classes.”

Transfer students will need to complete the application process and submit all necessary transcripts for review. After meeting with a counselor, an educational plan will be developed and arrangements made with the appropriate services to answer any questions or concerns regarding the transfer of credits.

Student Services include academic, professional, and personal counseling—to help a student changing careers, deciding on a major, determining transferability of courses, as well as gaining independence, acquiring a new study skill, and ways to deal with problems. Other student services include access to student housing, health clinic, testing center, library, and recreation (game room, internet café, and student activities).
