With both day and evening classes, Nashville College of Medical Careers flexible schedule ensures student success. The major objective is to provide specialized training that allows the student increase the value of service a medical professional provides to his or her individual clients.

Classes for the Medical Assistant Training Program include: Medical Terminology, Electronic Health Records, Anatomy and Physiology, Office Laboratories, Medical Assistance, and Externship (on-the-job training).

The Medical Office Specialist and Medical Coding Specialist Programs prepare the student for work in the medical industry as support staff and office administration. While the Medical Office Specialist will take a few courses to get a general understanding of billing and insurance filing, the Medical Coding Specialist will take in-depth classes pertaining to coding followed by an intense study of medical office, anesthesia, surgery, pathology, and radiology coding.
