St. Francis Medical Center School of Radiologic Technology is where students are educated to become competent and compassionate radiographers. This school is established in 1948 and its campus is located at 601 Hamilton Ave., Trenton, NJ.

With its Radiologic Technology program, students are trained in radiographic procedures, equipment operation and quality control, image production and evaluation, radiation protection, as well as in patient care and education. The whole program can be completed in 2 years and admits up to 8 students every year. It is fully accredited by The Joint Review Committee on Education. The approximate tuition and expenses for two years ranges from $12,188.00-$13,799.00.

Students have the option to take any of the two tracks: a course that concludes with a certificate for those who have already completed an Associate degree or higher, or the combined certificate and Associate degree track offered in partnership with the Mercer County Community College, West Windsor, N.J designed for the students to meet the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Associate degree requirements. Upon successful completion of the program, they can take the ARRT certification exam and the State of NJ licensure.

From 2008-2011, this school achieved 100% passing rate in the ARRT Credentialing Examination. The job placement rate of graduates after six months is also high which was recorded at 100% in 2012. Graduates of this school have become successful professionals in the healthcare industry specializing in different areas including Cat Scan (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Nuclear Medicine, Sonography, Radiation Therapy, Cardiovascular Interventional Technology, Education, Management and Radiation Physics.
