
Rasmussen College is a private institution founded in 1900 by Walter Rasmussen to provided business education for residents of Minnesota. Originally known as the Rasmussen Practical School of Business and located in Stillwater, Minnesota, the school was sold in 1961, at which point it was expanded in both curriculum and size through the acquisition of other private institutions. In 2002 the school added online programs as part of its offerings, further expanding the school.
Students at Rasmussen may choose from a variety of programs designed to prepare students for employment in their chosen field. The faculty is composed of experienced, educated, and professional instructors that provide training and education to ensure students develop the necessary skills properly. Graduates will receive a certificate, diploma associate’s degree, or bachelor’s degree based on the program of study chosen.
