Rasmussen College is a private institution founded in 1900 by Walter Rasmussen to provided business education for residents of Minnesota. Originally known as the Rasmussen Practical School of Business and located in Stillwater, Minnesota, the school was sold in 1961, at which point it was expanded in both curriculum and size through the acquisition of other private institutions.
