There are some classes that student's have to repeat a lot due to the 3 week block classes . I heard of one Student having to take the Business Statistic's Class 5 time's - that class a lot of student's have to repeat it . You would think the staff would try hard to audit this class & help the student's with more tutor's or find the reason so many students have to keep repeating it. The Computer required classes for the Business Degree - student's have to repeat both of those a lot as well. If you are not a wiz at math plan on repeating those classes for your general ed. you are cramming a entire semester in 3 weeks. The town of Dillon is small and there is not a lot to do - overall the town has one nice street with vintage homes overall the rest of the town is made up of old houses in need of repair or just plain junky and the streets are full of pot holes and in need of repair . Finding a decent home to rent is hard - most are run down. There is a YMCA you can join that is newer - if you can afford the fee's . otherwise students hang out at the old bars in town for entertainment . Shopping there is a Family Dollar Store , King's & 2 grocery store's. If you enjoy the movies there is one located in town - student rates. If you are looking at college's in Montana go to Bozeman - Billings-Havre- for a better well rounded experience .

Outstanding small college. Produces top quality teachers compared to all other colleges/universities in the state.
