Baldwin Park Adult and Community Education delivers educational and support services that lead students to achieving their personal, career and academic goals ultimately aimed at meeting the community needs. It received an accreditation from the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).

BPACE Adult Basic Education, English as a Second Language, High School Subjects, Career Technical Education, Parent Education, Older Adult, Health and Safety, and Adults with Disabilities programs are available for adults 18 years old and above. Its campus is situated at 4640 N. Maine Ave. Baldwin Park, Ca 91706. This school serves as an official testing site for GED and it also provides GED test preparation classes.

As a school that values excellence and quality education, BPACE is recognized for its innovative and exceptional Adult Basic Education, Career Technical Education, English as a Second Language and Programs for Older Adults. It has received Programs of Excellence Awards from the California Department of Education in these four areas.
