Admissions and Financial Aid
Delta-Montrose Technical College has an open door policy regarding admission. Students 16 years of age who have completed or left high school are eligible to enroll as long as they demonstrate an occupational objective. Students who choose to apply must submit the application to the school along with current transcripts. Additionally, most students will have to take the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE) for placement purposes. Financial aid is available in the form of grants, loans, scholarships and work study programs. Eligibility is determined through the completed Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), with students most in need of funds receiving awards first. Students denied aid in any form will not be eligible for alternate forms of aid. Students whose needs are less than $500.00 are considered as having no need for financial aid and are only eligible for work study programs.
