South Central Louisiana Technical College (SCLTC) has a lot to offer at an affordable price. The college has three campuses that offer diplomas and associate degrees. The Young Memorial Campus is located in Morgan City. Students completing technical college training programs leave with a competitive edge needed to acquire a great job.  The college offers hands-on instruction that helps student develop the skills they need to succeed in life.

At the Young Memorial campus you will have access to faculty that work with you to achieve your goals. No matter what stage of your education you are at, Young Memorial will prepare you for the challenges ahead. The cost of in-state tuition is $70 per credit.

The school offers many programs that will jump start your career. Programs are offered in air conditioning, business administration, commercial driving, diesel powered equipment technology, electrical technology, information technology, Industrial Maintenance Technology ,Journeyman Industrial, marine operations, medical assistant, and nursing.

South Central Louisiana Technical College offers the tools you need to succeed. The college offers online tutoring any time you need it. Counseling services are also available. South Central Louisiana Technical College seeks to offer an outstanding education to individuals with disabilities. The college follows Title I and Title II of the Disabilities Act.

Financial aid is available to help students pay for their education. One program is the Workforce Investment Act. It is a government program that helps pay for training. The cost of books, tuition, tools, and uniforms may be covered through WIA.
