National American University is a system of schools located throughout the United States. The school was originally known as the National College of Business, and was established in 1941 in Rapid City, Iowa.  The school was purchased in 1962, and has experienced a large amount of growth and expansion in programs since that time.

Students who choose to attend National American University will be able to choose from a variety of program options which are aimed at preparing students for a career. These programs provide skill development and training, as well as a fundamental understanding of the field of study, in preparation for the application of what is learned in one’s chosen industry. The faculty typically has experience in their chosen field, and they provide practical as well as traditional education opportunities for students.  Graduates will receive a diploma, associate’s degree, bachelors or masters based on their program of study.
