Colorado State University – Global Campus is often referred to as CSU-Global and is the online division of the public state school Colorado State University.  CSU Global was founded in 2007 and offers both undergraduate, graduate, and certificate programs for students.  The worldwide headquarters for Colorado State University Global Campus is in Greenwood Village, Colorado specializing in programs for adult-learners, working professionals, and non-traditional students.

CSU Global was granted independent regional accreditation in 2011 from the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) which is a subset of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCACS).  Notably, CSU’s Global Campus was the first public university to receive HLC accreditation since 1971.

Colorado State University Global Campus offers a number of certificate programs that include the following: criminal forensics, business administration, criminal justice, criminology, computer programming, cyber security, emergency management, data management & analysis, healthcare management, accounting, human resources & organizational development, information technology, operations management, project management, small business & entrepreneurship, strategic communications, and public & non-profit management.

CSU offers bachelor degrees in the following tracks: accounting, social science, business, communication, criminal justice, healthcare, information technology, marketing, project management, organizational leadership, and human resource management.  Graduate programs at CSU Global include tracks within: business, healthcare, finance, technology, criminal justice, human resources, and education.

In terms of the enrollment process, CSU students will need to meet the program requirements by degree level.  In other words, a student applying for a bachelor's degree through CSU will need to meet different thresholds for qualification than students applying for a master's degree.  Likewise, international students are provided a list of qualifications which differs from the enrollment qualifications for a military member or first-time freshman.

For students looking to transfer credits to CSU, the school has provided guidance on the types of credits that can and cannot be transferred.  The primary types of credit that can be transferred include the credits allowed for First Time Freshman, returning students, community college transfers, international credit, and allowable outside credit sources.
