Base on the Arkansas Act 98 of 1989, EACC offers transfer programs to their students who wish to further their career and receive a baccalaureate after they have completed their two years of community college. Credits earned through the transferable degree programs can be transferred to any four year university within the state. These transferable degree programs include the Associate of Arts degree (AA) that can be transferred to all universities in the state and select universities within the country.
