The main campus of Jefferson College is located in Hillsboro, Missouri, with additional campuses located in Arnold (Arnold and Imperial Campuses) and one in Cedar Hill (Northwest Campus), Missouri.

Jefferson College has over 550 (full-time and part-time) faculty and staff with more than 5,500 students enrolled in the fall of 2012.

Students transferring into Jefferson College must submit official transcripts from other post-secondary institutions to the Office of Admissions and Student Records for review. Similar transfer courses are equated to Jefferson College Credits, but unique credits may be counted as electives.
