Emerald Coast Technical College (formerly Walton Career Development Center WCDC) is located in DeFuniak Springs, Florida. Built on creating partnerships, Emerald CDC, is committed to delivering opportunities for students to participate in quality occupational programs and support services. By providing quality instruction and training using the latest techniques and with a campus-wide commitment to success, ECDC strives to build a better future.

ECDC offers programs in the following fields:

Students wishing to be admitted in to certification programs must have a high school diploma or GED. The Practical Nursing Program and Cosmetology require interviews before being admitted.
