Emerald Coast Technical College (formerly Walton Career Development Center WCDC) is located in DeFuniak Springs, Florida. Students wishing to be admitted in to certification programs must have a high school diploma or GED. The Practical Nursing Program and Cosmetology require interviews before being admitted.
